Working on my show in Arabic. Gotta use what works & fix what doesn’t. English no work so well here! But they love the Arabic!

Finished another show @ Souq Waqif in Qatar. Audience much better tonight, but wind was strong. Heading out for a bite w Brit juggler Steve.

Enjoying a savory lunch of lamb, rice, okra & hummus, with live Middle Eastern music. Nice! And for dessert: Swords! Perfect!
Still very groggy. Shld not have taken AlkaSeltzer+ TheraFlu = Zombie! Fell back asleep. Hope lunch will help shake it. Then off to Bazaar.

Just found out I was featured in today’s Gulf Times national Qatar newspaper and Qatar TV. Mom will be proud!

Slept a much-needed full 6 hours last night. Still groggy from cold meds, but starting to feel better today. Need coffee.
Fever broke @ 3:30am, woke wide awake feeling weak but better. Could be TheraFlu I took @ midnite. Long day today-nd to catch up on sleep!

Very interesting 1st day in Qatar. Loved it! Sore throat/cold getting worse, so took TheraFlu & heading to bed early for rest.

At my gate in Dubai, waiting to board my flight to Qatar. Somehow I lost all day Weds in the air- already 9:20pm here & midnight in Qatar
Long flight, 12.5 hours, screaming kid, little sleep, sore throat worse. 1 more flight to Qatar, then on to my hotel in Doha to sleep.

Did not sleep well last night - tossed & turned. Woke up with sore throat. At least it’s not a sword throat. Gotta shake it & get goin’!
